Data Request

  • Students should have their employee supervisor or faculty sponsor make the request
  • If you are not an ISU employee, you need to send your open records request to the General Counsel

Requests are prioritized based on the following criteria and in the following order:

  1. Office of the President and Provost
  2. Requests that are directly related to the strategic plan
  3. Requests that pertain to student success
  4. Others, if appropriate and as time permits

Most requests should be made to the Registrar’s office.

  • ISU Employees requesting things like lists of students or those who have applied for graduation, the list or number of X majors and if they’ve taken specific course, or the number of Y students enrolled XYZ term, should be made to the Registrar through their TDX request area found in MyApps.
  • Email diana.hooten@indstate.edu first if you are unsure who should fulfill your request.
